Gilly has a wealth of legal experience having previously managed a litigated caseload and a team of handlers within a large PI firm and identified file handlers were spending valuable time chasing clients for contact and the return of signed evidence, rather than being able to focus on negotiating settlement of cases.
Jenny holds over 16 years marketing experience and has previously managed a Marketing team for an international organisation. She is responsible for business development, marketing, introducing new clients, events and conferences. Jenny is also responsible for the growth and development of existing accounts.
Adam is an experienced manager who has held prior positions with leading Claimant & Defendant law firms managing a litigated caseload. In his current role, he is responsible for the day-to-day smooth operations of the drafting, file handlers, translating and field agent teams.
Admitted as a solicitor in 1989, although no longer practicing. Melanie has led a number of Personal Injury teams within both Claimant & Defendant firms. Melanie is responsible for the training and development of drafters who draft Employers Liability, Public Liability and Clinical Negligence statements.
Admitted as a Solicitor in 1988, although no longer practicing. Catherine has spent her entire career within the Personal Injury sector and has worked predominately for Claimant firms although also Defendant work. Catherine has managed a significant number of high value cases and focuses on RTA, Credit Hire and Clinical Neg. Catherine is responsible for the RTA drafting team including bikers, Credit Hire and High Value Complex Personal Injury.
Kayleigh is completing her level 6 CILEX qualifications and has handled claims in a previous role. Kayleigh is our lead for our Financial Miss-Selling department including Mortgages & Pensions.
Naila is our Urdu lead translator and interpreter. She joined the team in 2016 and is kept very busy with telephone interpreting, written translations and Court attendances. She is a valued member of the organisation.
Michal is an experienced Polish translator and holds Legal option of Diploma in Public Service Interpreting and enhanced DBS security clearance. He has a vast experience of translation of court bundles and frequently attends medical appointments as well as court attendance.
Vicente is an experienced Portuguese interpreter & translator and holds the Law option of the Diploma in Public Service Interpreting. He has the NPPV3 Police security clearance as well as the enhanced DBS. He regularly interprets for clients in court and over the telephone and translates medical reports, engineer’s reports, witness statements and many more.
Elena holds a Degree in Romanian Law, a Diploma in Public Services Interpreting, specialism Law and a Diploma in Translation, specialism Law and Business. Elena was born in Romania and has lived in England since 2004. She holds NPPV 3 police security clearance as well as enhanced DBS.
Kabir joined the team in 2016 as a field representative. He is bilingual and is fluent in Bengali. Kabir is also a competent and professional field representative completing CFA explanation and Document Collection.
Statement Drafting Services was established to assist the claims sector to improve upon efficiency of handlers and maximising settlement potential of cases. Our goal is to provide “fresh eyes” on a claim, which we believe in turn, can highlight the strengths or risks of a claim, which may have previously been overlooked.

Our in-house statement taking team are experienced legal professionals, each having previously handled their own caseload of claims. Our statement drafters are fully versed with the case law and legislation applicable to the areas they specialise in.

Investigator Team
Prior experience within the insurance claims industry is a mandatory requirement for our investigator team. Our investigators hold formal ABI Level 3 qualification in Professional Investigation. All investigators who undertake licensable activities are qualified to do so.
Legal Translating & Interpreting Team
Our highly experienced court compliant legal interpreters and translators hold membership with professional linguistic institutions. Our team of legal translators and interpreters each hold QCF Level 6 qualification, or higher & have undergone security clearances. Additionally, our legal translators and interpreters have extensive legal translation experience ensuring quality and accuracy of translations. Further, our interpreters are regularly instructed to attend court and are familiar with the procedures at court.
